We build websites in three dimensions.
Lumière is Skyler and Akhil — two humans. In a world of AI builders, emails, and calls, we decided to keep things human. That means we can specialize in depth and 3D sites, with animations, motion, touch, and taste.
When 3D doesn't fit, we build you something flat, fast, and better than what the 3D would have been. Knowing the difference is the job.
Our work.
Neural
The platform we co-founded — backed by 1517 Fund and Emergent Ventures. Design and build from zero, under real investor scrutiny.
helloneural.ai ↗Flagger
We built a full e-commerce flow, from cart to checkout using Stripe, for Flagger's re-launch. We also did our own camera work.
flaggergame.com ↗Skyler's Portfolio
A cinematic, "scrollytelling" intro plus a premium portfolio site. It's better if you see for yourself.
skylerlee.me ↗No account managers. Just us.
Skyler Lee
Co-founder
Skyler co-founded Neural, an AI execution platform backed by 1517 Fund and EV — which means he's built product under people who bet real money on it working. He came up through 3D and animation, and it shows: he thinks in scenes, not screens.
When you're on a call with Lumière, you're on a call with him. There is no layer between you and the person doing the work.
Akhil Panga
Co-founder
Akhil does 3D, animation, and design — but his real edge is UX instinct. He catches the friction in an experience before anyone else notices it's there: the click that takes one beat too long, the transition that lies about where you're going.
Every project ships through his filter. If it annoys him, it never reaches you.
Timeline.
We talk.
A 30-minute call. You tell us what you're building and who it's for. We'll discuss pricing, scope, and send over a contract draft.
First draft in <1 week.
Not a moodboard. A working draft of your site, in the browser, that you can click through and react to.
Final site in <2 weeks.
Revisions, polish, performance, launch. Two weeks from the first call to a live site. We plan for it and we hit it.
Pricing is a conversation, not a menu.
No fixed packages, no tiers, no quote hiding behind a contact form. Every project gets scoped to what it actually needs — tell us what you're building and we'll tell you what it costs, on the first call. It's negotiable, because it should be.
